I'm a boring old fart past my use by date so perhaps I am missing the trendy young ideas incorporated in each of dA's upgrades.
From my point of view, they are like each of the new operating systems dreamed up by Microsoft - they are The Gates of Hell. None works without a load of iffy patches.
This last one has shoved some Scraps into my Featured, put my latest uploads only in Browse and the drag and drop does not work properly for me to sort it out.

Any system from TV via moblie phones, washing machines etc. needs to be intuitive. Manuals are a pain. My new Sony DVD/HDD recorder has a 160 page manual that include cross referencing back to some thing[s] to be done on an/ other page/ pages before being able to do what is wanted; simply to glue together two halves of a film separated by the news.
